FREE EVENT - UkeWirks are in great demand across Derbyshire. They play all the old favourites from the 50s and 60s onwards acoustically in a unique blend of voices, ukuleles and other instruments. Give yourself a treat and come along to hear them.

About the event
UkeWirks is a joyful band of ukulele players, singers and a variety of other instrumentalists many of who have lived through the music from the 60s onwards and now wish to re-present it in largely acoustic form for the delight, and sometimes irresistible desire to dance, of their audience. They play at weddings, shows, festivals and this time they bring their exuberance to our Ilkeston Week-Long Festival. Their music is effervescent and can be infectious!
